ALIPHANT was established in 1998 by Mr. Isay Goltman, a wireless specialist with decades of successful design and development experience on embedded devices.
Mr. Goltman received his Masters from the Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications and holds seven patents in the fields of RF, measurement, automation and computing.
Recent projects include work on a CDMA jamming device (patent pending), receivers, transmitters and antennas for active RFID, analog front end and firmware for PIC micros, and design of instrumentation for biomedical applications.
